Job Overview

PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic Residential Field Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security services team, you will be responsible for managing residential accounts, leading security teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide motivation, coaching, and support to Team Leads and security agents.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and needs, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • New Agent Onboarding: Oversee hiring, training, and development of new security agents for assigned accounts.
  • Incident Reporting: Ensure all incidents are documented and reported in a timely manner.
  • Expense & Timecard Management: Monitor team expenses and ensure timely submission of accurate timecards.
  • Site Visits & Audits: Conduct regular audits and surprise visits to ensure all accounts are operating at peak efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in security or related supervisory roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple residential accounts and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000 per year.
