Make a Lasting Difference in the Lives of Children with Autism

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at the Autism Behavioral Institute in Macon, Georgia.

Job Summary:

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing home, community, and clinic-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibility will be to introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers, while following treatment plan goals and interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide home, community, and clinic-based services for children with ASD.
  • Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers.
  • Follow treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultation.
  • Collect behavior data, including recording data in CentralReach after each session.
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision.
  • Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Working Environment:

Travel between clients' homes will be required. Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm.

Pay Rate:

Up to $35 hourly.
