Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at the Autism Behavioral Institute in Macon, Georgia.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in clinic and home-based settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing home, community, and clinic-based services for children with ASD
  • Introducing safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
  • Following treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultation
  • Collecting behavior data, including recording data in CentralReach after each session
  • Participating in training and clinical supervision
  • Working with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:

We also welcome applicants with a High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Human Service Field, and current RBT Certification.

Working Environment:

As an RBT, you will be required to travel between clients' homes and work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing high-quality services to our clients.
