Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of recent customer service and cash handling experience required; 1 year of previous teller/new account experience in a banking institution preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Competitive Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $18.00/Hr. - USD $19.50/Hr.
