Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical Call Center and Reception teams, conducting quality audits, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

About the Role:

  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with federal and agency regulations
  • Review QA statistical data with Patient Access management and department lead
  • Facilitate training based on AQ trends to increase proficiency with departmental standards and improve billing integrity
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have 3-5 years' experience in healthcare
  • Exhibit strong QA methodology skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrate proficiency of Microsoft software products and computer skills
  • Aprima or other QA software experience is preferred
