Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 7 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  2. Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in executing and owning marketing initiatives aligned with broader business goals.
  3. Analytics: Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
  4. Technical Acumen: Analytical and technical acumen, with a deep understanding of tracking, metrics, and the ability to derive insights and craft compelling data-driven stories.
  5. Budget Management: Proven ability to manage significant budgets and drive efficient revenue growth.
  6. Marketing Channels: Comprehensive understanding of marketing channels and tactics, with experience leveraging a diverse marketing portfolio.
  7. Leadership: Strong bias for action, curiosity, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities constantly evolve.
What We Offer
  1. Compensation: Pay range: $120,000 - $150,000 a year.
  2. Total Rewards: Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
