Cardiac Transplant Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Transplant Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our cardiac transplant team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our program.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to cardiac transplant patients, including pre- and post-operative care, medication management, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac transplant care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a culture of excellence.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac transplant or critical care setting.
