Cardiac Transplant Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Transplant Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a per diem/on-call, night shift position, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the cardiac transplant unit, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in cardiac transplant nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
