Cardiac Transplant Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Transplant RN to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our cardiac transplant team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our program.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to cardiac transplant patients, including pre- and post-operative care, medication management, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac transplant care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac or transplant setting.
