Construction Project Coordinator

AllSearch Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $85,000 per year and provides an opportunity to work on exciting landscape construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise project foremen, and crews to ensure that all projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Irrigation Design and Installation: Work with municipalities to ensure that all projects meet code and obtain necessary permits.
- Training and Development: Train production crews in landscape installation, including hardscapes, retaining walls, planting, low-voltage lighting, and irrigation construction.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment and materials are available on-site and that quality standards are met.
