**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Belong Home, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of in-home services to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own details of on-going repairs and provide inputs (urgency, type of work needed, etc) for Operations to schedule
- Own communication with vendors about repair questions, work order changes, etc.
- Help schedule vendors and organize Operations Coordinators
- Coordinate a variety of vendor-related maintenance tasks and projects for our community members, homeowners, operations, and experience team
- Leverage software to improve efficiency and organization
- Report on KPIs regarding speed, efficiency, and revenue
- Work cross-functionally with Experience to ensure all activities are carried out accurately and punctually
- Scheduling and coordinating pros and vendors
- Ensuring billing is done within 24 hours of projects completing
- Work on-site in the office 4-5 days a week
**Requirements**
- Strong desire to work at a startup
- Associates degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role or call center
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Google spreadsheets and learning new software
