Collision Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Collision Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and performing necessary body repair work in accordance with factory and Collision Center specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Examine body damage on customer vehicles and identify necessary body repair work
- Estimate cost of body work and request necessary parts
- Perform body repairs, including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
- Document repairs performed and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Participate in required training and follow safety rules and regulations
- Demonstrable knowledge of body repair methods and Collision Center repair training or commensurate experience
- Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform Collision Center repair functions
- Valid Driver's License and basic computer skills to utilize timekeeping system
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
The position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interactions with customers, Estimators, and Collision Center management.
