You will be responsible for crafting transformative media strategies that provide a competitive edge for both existing and potential clients, steering our business objectives, insight generation, cultural narratives, media briefs, innovative media solutions, award-winning concepts, strategic perspectives, and market activation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a compelling strategic narrative that reframes client challenges into strategic media opportunities, fostering a competitive advantage.
  2. Exhibit a deep understanding of the media landscape to enhance how media can engage audiences in meaningful ways.
  3. Identify the strategic role media can play in overcoming obstacles along the customer journey, ensuring teams apply strategic media principles in planning and execution.
  4. Advise on how brands should adapt and engage in various cultural contexts to maximize consumer value.
  5. Lead and contribute to the strategic elements of new business proposals.
  6. Collaborate with senior management, agency partners, and colleagues to drive agency success.
  7. Oversee a substantial team of media planners dedicated to a key account.
  8. Embrace a culture of 'extreme collaboration' to ensure insights are effectively implemented across multiple agencies and enhance value in research initiatives.
  9. Stay attuned to business and client concerns to proactively address issues.
  10. Represent the client's perspective during work reviews, using this viewpoint to provide constructive feedback and present to clients, always prioritizing the best outcomes for the client's business.
  11. Deliver timely management updates and seek feedback and guidance.
  12. Demonstrate storytelling capabilities that challenge conventional client perspectives on their business.
  13. Adapt communication styles to suit diverse audiences, ranging from creative teams to senior executives.
