Residential Care Specialist

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston seeks per diem Direct Care Staff for the Brigid's Crossing Family Services program in Lowell. This role involves assisting and overseeing residents with daily living activities, parenting skills, and providing a positive living environment.
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree and 3+ years of experience working with adolescents in a similar setting. They must hold current CPR and First Aid certification and possess de-escalation skills. Proficiency in Spanish or Khmer is a plus.
Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, fostering a positive relationship, and ensuring a safe living environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance and have a valid Massachusetts driver's license. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 annually and benefits package are offered.
