About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Burger King restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control subordinates to deliver quality products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Process bank deposits and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for employees and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
  • Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
