Job Title: Recovery Coach

Master Center for Addiction Medicine is seeking a Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their recovery goals. You will work closely with our medical team to provide coaching and support to patients, helping them navigate the recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct coaching interviews with patients to assess their recovery needs and goals
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for patients
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to patients to help them stay on track with their recovery goals
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure patients receive comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Completed 72-hour PRS training required by DBHDS
  • 2 years or more of personal sustained recovery
  • Per DBHDS requirements, candidates must not have committed any barrier crimes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist preferred
  • Strong leadership and training/mentoring skills
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
