Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development life cycle of innovative ML-based enterprise products for complex business problems
  • Architect and implement AI-enabled data products
  • Lead team efforts in research, conceptualization, and design for new product lines
  • Research and assess state-of-the-art AI algorithms for natural language understanding, personalized assisting tools, etc.
  • Own, drive, and solve complex, cross-functional problems that extend beyond traditional boundaries of product domains, analytics, and data science
  • Lead hybrid teams of scientists and engineers to create AI solutions
  • Engage with senior client leaders to deliver value through transformative solutions
  • Work in tandem and partner effectively with global ZS colleagues
  • Publish thought leadership pieces and present at leading industry conferences
  • Foster ZS talent through recruiting and training contributions
  • Shape ZS firm strategy in newer areas and practices, including AI
What You'll Bring:
  • 9-14 years' work experience in building AI/ML-based products
  • BE/B.Tech from Tier-1 institute required; Masters or PhD from premier institute highly preferred (in Comp. Sci. or allied areas)
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced algorithms (e.g., Deep learning, NLP, recommenders, etc.)
  • Experience in applying ML algorithms to complex business problems
  • Knowledge of Big Data, cloud, and distributed computing paradigms and related technologies
  • Experience in going beyond POCs to deploying large-scale AI solutions into production
  • Ability to frame first-of-a-kind business problems into analytical solutions
  • Ability to rapidly research, experiment, and iterate towards practical working solutions
  • Hands-on programming proficiency in open-source environments (e.g., Python)
  • Experience in going beyond POCs to deploying large-scale AI solutions into production
  • Domain knowledge in industry verticals such as travel, hospitality, retail, asset management, and high-tech highly preferred
