We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director - Product Manager with broad clinical data experience to join our IT team within the Clinical Data Ecosystem team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Product Manager to play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of competitive trial design, intelligence, and optimization solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver value and work at the intersection of technology and clinical research, contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the clinical data ecosystem, especially with clinical trial design and data science methodologies.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business value.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, IT, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality products.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in a product manager or similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A self-starter and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Product-based environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical data systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, CDMS, CDM, CDR, SCE).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in machine learning models, exposure to large language models, and generative AI technologies.
