Job Title: General Manager of Food and Beverage Operations

ASM Global is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Food and Beverage operations at Del Mar venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing all activities within the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of directors and managers to oversee food and beverage sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a venue or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
