Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at T S Restaurants. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist servers in providing top-notch service to guests by preparing tables, delivering food and beverages, and clearing plates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, polishing silverware, and restocking supplies.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Participate in pre-service and post-service duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • California Food Handler Certificate (must be obtained within 30 days of hire date)
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
