Position Overview:
This role is integral to the mission of 'Realizing Aspirations', focusing on the creation, execution, and management of promotional materials that support the initiatives of The Villages and its associated enterprises.

Communication and Collaboration:
The individual in this position will engage in effective and proactive dialogue with various members of the marketing team and clients seeking services. They will also provide mentorship to fellow Marketing Coordinators regarding daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Marketing Managers and senior marketing leadership with daily operational tasks as required.
2. Serve as a primary resource for fellow Marketing Coordinators, guiding them in fulfilling client requests and prioritizing tasks.
3. Develop, execute, and oversee the production of marketing materials aligned with client business strategies.

Team Liaison:
Collaborate with different functions within the Marketing Team (creative, sales, design, production, etc.) to ensure that client expectations are met with precision.

Client Interaction:
Respond to client marketing inquiries through various channels (in-person, phone, email, online) in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring that all expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Inventory Management:
Organize and maintain marketing inventory, ensuring accurate product counts, replenishing supplies, and placing orders as necessary.

Project Management:
Launch, monitor, and update project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met, proactively communicating with team members as needed.

Administrative Duties:
Conduct routine administrative tasks, including generating marketing reports, managing filing systems, and utilizing various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Management Systems.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to creatively solve problems in a dynamic environment are essential.
