Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Tele-Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for introducing our products to doctors over the phone using a consultative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed appointment quota
  • Adhere to attendance policy
  • Meet productivity requirements, including dials, phone time, task management, and other activities determined by management
  • Supply sales pipeline, and grow database by at least 15% annually
  • Participate in group and individual training & coaching sessions
  • Place cold calls and prospect for new business
  • Manage existing clients
  • Update database / CRM accurately
  • Prepare reports as requested by management
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs

Requirements & Experience

  • Prior full time tele-sales experience preferred
  • Prior CRM experience a plus
  • A commitment to customer service
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Biology and/or Scientific Background highly encouraged
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
