Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sale, processing, and closure of homes in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, aiming to create satisfied and delighted customers.
  • Participate actively in community-focused phone banks and events.
  • Follow the company's sales philosophy while assisting home-buying clients and real estate agents, utilizing all provided sales and organizational tools. This includes guiding them through Welcome Home Centers, model homes at various construction stages, and available lots.
  • Maintain timely and consistent communication with clients from initial engagement through to post-closing, ensuring all interactions are documented.
  • Engage with the local community to generate sales through realtor partnerships, referrals, and self-initiated prospecting.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, including products, locations, sales trends, marketing strategies, and demographics.
  • Track daily customer interactions using designated company tools.
  • Compile and submit regular reports to the company in a timely manner.
  • Participate in homeowner orientations as required and assist clients with their builder option selections.
  • Engage in local promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Review and prepare sales contracts for approval.
  • Ensure accurate entry of contracts into the relevant reporting and accounting systems.
  • Keep sales activity records updated and report them punctually, including sales, cancellations, and customer traffic.
  • Coordinate with the field team to maintain the Welcome Home Center and model homes.
  • Attend sales meetings to discuss neighborhood performance and sales strategies.
  • Assist in processing paperwork to ensure timely escrow closures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the home construction sector.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Understanding of real estate regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with construction, mortgage, finance, and escrow processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and efficiency are required.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, resourcefulness, professionalism, and the ability to meet weekly targets with minimal supervision are essential.
  • Availability to keep the Welcome Home Center operational during scheduled hours.
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external real estate professionals.
  • Capability to follow supervisory instructions.
  • Understanding and adherence to workplace rules and procedures.
  • Problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Commitment to personal development in sales and online skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong social media skills are required.
  • Openness to constructive feedback.
  • A collaborative spirit and a strong work ethic are essential.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily active, involving office and phone tasks, as well as walking in various weather conditions to visit homesites. A valid state driver's license is required for transporting clients throughout the community and attending meetings. Manual dexterity is necessary for operating computer equipment and telephones. The ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds is also required.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday with two rotating days off.
