Position Overview:
As a Culinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting in the cooking process. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food items.
2. Wash and peel fresh produce, ensuring all ingredients are ready for use.
3. Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards.
4. Cook and prepare food items following recipes and presentation guidelines.
5. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers safely and efficiently.
6. Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process, ensuring it meets our high standards.
7. Set up and break down workstations in accordance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
8. Serve food in appropriate portions and ensure proper presentation.
9. Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including washing and disinfecting tools and equipment.
10. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, reporting any maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a related culinary role.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- Certification: No specific licenses or certifications needed.

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is between $23.14 and $28.93.
