Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Motor Vehicle Operator to join our team at Montefiore Medical Center. As a Motor Vehicle Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff to and from various locations, as well as coordinating the cleaning and repair of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport staff to and from various locations in a safe and timely manner
  • Coordinate the cleaning and repair of facilities, including the CPP premises, MMU, and DMU
  • Act as a backup driver for MMU and DMU
  • Assist the medical and dental teams with patient transportation and other related duties as required
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and equipped for safe operation

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
  • NYS driver's license with no violations in the past 24 months
  • CDL required, with a clean license and record for at least 24 months
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
