The Lutheran Social Services of New York is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Unaccompanied Minors Program, you will provide administrative support to our Case Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our 24-hour program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file UC logs and other documentation as needed.
- Create UC charts and ensure that program documents are properly filed for each UC, with case manager coordination.
- Maintain and organize charts accordingly.
- Complete chart audits and portal checks to ensure all documentation is audit ready.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience working in social services, quality review, or another position where experience managing documentation of services can be demonstrated.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Superior organizational skills, resourceful, and able to manage time effectively.
- Experience and facility with Microsoft Applications.
