As a key member of our Unaccompanied Minors Program, you will provide administrative support to our Case Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our 24-hour program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and file UC logs and other documentation as needed.
  • Create UC charts and ensure that program documents are properly filed for each UC, with case manager coordination.
  • Maintain and organize charts accordingly.
  • Complete chart audits and portal checks to ensure all documentation is audit ready.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience working in social services, quality review, or another position where experience managing documentation of services can be demonstrated.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Superior organizational skills, resourceful, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Experience and facility with Microsoft Applications.
