We are seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the care of residents, including medication administration, activities of daily living, and personal hygiene care.
  • Develop and manage the schedule for caregivers, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
  • Assist with new team member onboarding and training.
  • Monitor and document resident inputs, outputs, vitals, weights, behavior, safety, and any other changes.
  • Transport residents to and from activities and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Successful completion of a Certified Medication Aide program in the State of employment.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable).
  • Previous experience working in a memory care or assisted living community (preferred).
