We are seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the care of residents, including medication administration, activities of daily living, and personal hygiene care.
- Develop and manage the schedule for caregivers, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
- Assist with new team member onboarding and training.
- Monitor and document resident inputs, outputs, vitals, weights, behavior, safety, and any other changes.
- Transport residents to and from activities and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Successful completion of a Certified Medication Aide program in the State of employment.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable).
- Previous experience working in a memory care or assisted living community (preferred).
