Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update our website, including blog, location pages, and online listing directories.
  • Create new website pages and landing pages to support advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure website compliance, including branding guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate and execute customer email campaigns using our email marketing platform.
  • Measure success of all email campaigns and provide reports.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Build comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Marketing Cloud proficiency, including email studio.
  • Proficiency in Kentico or similar CMS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and ADA compliance.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
