Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Integrity: Uphold the core values of our credit union and serve as a trusted resource for our members.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a talented team towards financial success.
  • Member Experience: Ensure every member interaction is positive and empowering.

Compensation:

Starting salary is competitive and will be based on experience.

Benefits: Includes paid holidays, retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and generous leave policies.

Work Schedule: Standard full-time hours with occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming branch environment that reflects a secure financial institution.
  • Oversee daily branch operations.
  • Educate members and staff on digital services and technology.
  • Manage personnel files and performance reviews for staff.
  • Provide exceptional service to members in all interactions.
  • Exemplify professionalism and positivity to set a standard for the team.
  • Facilitate open communication between management and staff.
  • Keep senior leadership informed about branch conditions affecting operations.
  • Identify and address training needs for staff development.
  • Ensure accurate daily financial balancing and cash management.
  • Participate in community events to promote the credit union.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a financial institution; or
  • A combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.

Good credit standing is essential and will be verified during the hiring process.
