We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven OOFOS Field Sales Representative to join our team in the NY/NJ territory. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, creating engaging in-store experiences, and driving sales growth through creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute in-store promotions, events, and product launches that drive sales and engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, including store managers and sales teams
  • Create and deliver training programs that educate retailers on the benefits and features of OOFOS footwear
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop and implement plans to address them

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in marketing, business, or related field, or minimum 3 years as a Field Marketing or Sales Representative, or equivalent experience
  • Strong relationship and communication skills, both oral and written, required
  • Organized multi-tasker, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and analyze

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
