Job Description

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational, and cultural services to diverse communities. We are seeking a skilled Health Informatics and Metrics Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance organizational quality initiatives.
  • Perform audits of clinical quality measure work and provide corrective education to staff.
  • Communicate with Sea Mar managers and local community agencies to ensure delivery of quality services and systems.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Interface with Managed Care Organizations to ensure performance with HEDIS and other quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year working or volunteering in a healthcare environment, preferably in a community health center setting.
  • Knowledge of patient care processes, clinical procedures, and medical terminology.
  • Working knowledge of HEDIS, Meaningful Use, UDS, and PCMH measures.
