Senior Engineering Program Manager for Siri Metrics and Evaluation Methods

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of metrics and evaluation methods for Siri. As a key member of the Apple AIML org, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of ground-breaking intelligent experiences and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and operationalization of measurement and evaluation methods across the organization
- Lead the process for finding opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to improve quality
- Facilitate regular data insights and Siri metrics reviews with product teams and leadership
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and communicate project/product updates to leadership
- Collect inputs and requirements from key partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Program or Project Management leading cross-functional data and software engineering teams and delivering end-user facing technology products powered by machine learning
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to discover opportunities for impact and a better user experience
- Ability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
- Success in large organizations evangelizing and consensus-building using strong relationship and influence skills
- Experience in working with teams to develop quality frameworks and defining success metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent quantitative/engineering degrees
- Prior product management experience in delivering end-user facing technology products
- Experience rolling out large-scale tools and processes
- Highly skilled at cross-functional management without authority
- Past program management experience at a top technology company
