About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and vital sign collection
  • Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, and other first aid procedures
  • Assist with immunizations, injections, and prescription requests
  • Conduct onsite lab testing, including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests
  • Maintain clean and inviting examination rooms for patient visits
  • Provide excellent customer service and exemplify Duly Health and Care's CARE values

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certification of Medical Assistant educational program required
  • CPR certification required
  • Must be comfortable with administering injections
  • Prior experience working as a CMA, at least 1 year of prior experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care
