We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead our ServiceNow and Salesforce teams. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet business goals and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of developers, vendors, and administrators who support ServiceNow and Salesforce applications.
  • Solution Development: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of solutions in ServiceNow and Salesforce for internal and external projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with key business leaders, stakeholders, and Information Technology teams for design requirements and implementation for development projects.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Platform Support: Lead the support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms and associated applications.
  • API Integrations: Create and maintain API and data integrations between platforms and other services and applications.
  • System Integration: Develop system integrations and process automation to meet business and client goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and Salesforce and its applications.
  • Data Management: Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and Salesforce and other systems.
  • Upgrade and Update: Lead and participate in the administration of ServiceNow and Salesforce, including upgrades and updates.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a ServiceNow and Salesforce technical contributor, maintaining technical expertise, relevant industry standards, and best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and resolve complex technical problems in both production and non-production environments.
  • Creative Solutions: Develop creative technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Identify and assess risk when business decisions are made, including but not limited to compliance and operational risks.
  • Reputation and Conduct: Demonstrate consideration for BCS Call Processing's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: BS degree required, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
  • Skills: Experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow, proficiency in ITIL practices, Incident Management tools within ServiceNow, CRM Sales cycle within Salesforce, experience with integrations from ServiceNow and Salesforce to other applications via API connections, strong business and analytical skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, experience being a product owner with a technical background in development, motivated team player, communication skills, skilled in requirements gathering and documentation.

 

Benefits:

BCS Call Processing offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a minimum salary of $120,000 per year, based on experience.

This position is available in multiple locations in the US and the UK.
