Job Title: Production Supervisor

About the Role:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within the Screen-Printing and Production Receiving departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to ensure smooth production of goods and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Achieve manufacturing objectives by setting clear job expectations, planning, and appraising job results, coaching, addressing employee performance, and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor employees through one-on-one sessions to support their development and improve processes
  • Maintain workflow by continuously monitoring and improving processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, and coordinating resources across departments
  • Complete production plans by scheduling personnel, prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting on production outcomes
  • Uphold quality standards by implementing and enforcing production guidelines and ensuring equipment is operational
  • Provide critical production information by compiling and analyzing performance data and responding to inquiries
  • Develop and update systems and procedures by analyzing operational practices, record-keeping, and resource needs, and implementing necessary changes

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • Strong time and process management skills
  • Expertise in process improvement and efficiency
  • Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
  • Effective team management and coaching abilities
  • Strong decision-making and production planning skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior supervisory experience
