Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sign Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing substrates for vinyl application, operating and maintaining printers, and performing finishing operations such as laminating, mounting, and trimming of printed pieces. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sign production or a similar hands-on production role and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.
• Operate and maintain printers, ensuring proper calibration and accurate output.
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating, mounting, and trimming of printed pieces.
• Conduct quality control checks by reading and interpreting work orders, proofing for errors, and ensuring that high standards are met.
• Maintain inventory levels, report stock needs, and keep production and storage areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sign production or a similar hands-on production role.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours), lift 50 or more pounds, and perform repetitive hand motions, such as applying vinyl.
• Experience operating and maintaining printing devices and light power equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.

$25.00 per hour
