Key Responsibilities- Assist the Site Manager in leading the site to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals, while maintaining Thoroughbred's image and reputation.
- Direct business functions on site, including sales attainment and customer relationships, when the Site Manager is not present.
- Lead by example and showcase high standards for customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Continuously educate wash teams on products, services, promotions, and operational initiatives.
- Support Site Management with implementing policies, monitoring staff, and motivating team members.
- Manage the site-level customer claims process and ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Proactively manage labor on an hourly basis and support other store-level operational initiatives as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and complete general repairs on wash equipment.
