Key Responsibilities- Aircraft Operations: Ensure the readiness of aircraft for flight dispatches, adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Medical Transport Company (MTC) and regulatory documentation.
- Certifications and Training: Accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Commercial Pilot Certificate: Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
- Instrument Rating: Helicopter instrument rating.
- Medical Certificate: Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
- Flight Experience: 2,000 total flight hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 helicopter pilot-in-command hours, and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
- Night Flight Experience: 200 hours of helicopter night flight experience (aided or unaided).
- B407 Experience: Experience with the Bell 407 aircraft.
- Competitive Salary: $93,844 - $103,228, including a 10% geo modifier.
- Sign-On Bonus: 15,000.
- Retention Bonus: 40,000 after 3 years.
- On-Duty Housing: Provided.
- Schedule: 7/7 schedule.
