Key Responsibilities- Manage Army training programs and projects
- Collaborate with thought leaders in Army training projects
- Develop and implement training solutions to support operational forces
- Analyze and assess training effectiveness
- Work with clients to identify training needs and develop solutions
- 8+ years of experience in managing Army training
- Experience as an ammunition manager and using the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with military budgeting processes and systems
- Experience as a Bradley or Abrams Master Gunner at the Division level or higher
- Knowledge of Army training database systems, including DTMS
- Bachelor's degree
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. CompensationSalary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD.
