As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety while contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the treatment of clinical research patients in sponsored, investigator-initiated, and industry-sponsored studies.
- Collaborate with research nurses, coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and study execution.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Participate in study initiation, conduct, and close-out activities, including data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, study procedures, and research-related activities.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in clinical research.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and relevant experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other research-related software.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
