Position Overview:
Join our team as a part-time Catering Supervisor. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of catering services, overseeing staff, and maintaining high standards of food presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Catering Supervisor, you will:
1. Coordinate catering staff schedules to guarantee timely delivery and service of all functions.
2. Prepare and serve food at scheduled events under the guidance of the Catering Director.
3. Engage with clients to discuss setup arrangements and address any last-minute changes or issues.
4. Interact with guests to resolve any complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.
5. Instruct and guide staff on expectations for catered events.
6. Ensure proper setup of venues according to specifications.
7. Assemble and deliver food and supplies to designated locations.
8. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and supplies.
9. Adhere to HACCP standards to ensure food safety and quality.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in catering is preferred, though training will be provided.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Must be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as mandated by state law.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
