Job Summary

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of our company to customers. You will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional sales experiences. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential customers daily to understand their needs and deliver customized sales experiences
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and meet targets
  • Work independently in the field, with coaching and mentoring provided by AT&T

Requirements

  • Some prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, as a company car will be provided
  • Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
