Healthcare Assistant

OptimaCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurses Aide to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts.
Help residents with personal hygiene and maintain their living areas clean and tidy.
Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
Document resident food and fluid intake.
Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
Transport residents within the facility as needed.
Collaborate with nurses and other staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
Requirements:
Current CNA certification.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care delivery.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adherence to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
