The primary role of the Commercial Retention Representative is to enhance commercial revenue by minimizing churn rates through the identification of clients who should be under contract or those whose contracts are nearing expiration. This process will prioritize opportunities based on potential return on investment (ROI). Responsibilities include conducting customer visits and making outbound calls to secure signed renewals. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director. Key duties include:

  • Identifying Business Solutions opportunities for clients lacking contracts or facing contract expirations
  • Providing dedicated customer support for Business clients, including account management, renewals, and contract status updates
  • Effectively conveying current marketing initiatives, products, and services to clients
  • Documenting sales activities, outcomes, and reports as required
  • Clearly communicating product and service details, billing processes, and equipment usage
  • Managing overdue accounts and retaining clients considering disconnection, downgrades, or service changes
  • Maintaining regular communication with the management team
  • Developing client relationships through Salesforce Sales Cloud
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous sales or wireless experience is necessary; office experience is advantageous.
Required Skills: Ability to effectively perform the duties and responsibilities outlined above.
