We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental offices, ensuring excellent patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Coaching, mentoring, and overseeing a team of front and back-office staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences and ensure compliance.
  • Interacting with regional management, call center, marketing, HR, and other departments to analyze performance and optimize staffing, performance, and patient flow.
  • Managing staff, patient, and doctor schedules, interviewing, hiring, and training staff, and overseeing compliance, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to promote a team approach to clinical and administrative excellence.
