The Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to support commercial contracting within the Internal Supply Chain Law team. This role involves handling a large volume of supplier agreements, performing work with limited direction, and working directly with clients to gather and analyze information to identify issues and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft high volumes of commercial, technology, and other legal documentation, including services agreements, purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, statements of work, amendments, and related commercial documents.
  • Communicate strategic advice and guidance to internal procurement teams and business clients regarding business and legal issues and risks.
  • Administer and maintain Law Department projects, processes, policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Develop and deliver legal-training programs and materials to various internal client groups.
  • Conduct research of law, cases, and procedures utilizing specialized software and the Internet, and draft legal memoranda assessing the merits and respective risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting commercial contracting, either in-house, with a law firm, or a combination.
  • 5+ years' experience supporting commercial contracting covering procurement and a wide variety of commercial contracts, with both domestic and international counterparties.
  • High School diploma/GED and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
