Position Title
Manufacturing Production Specialist - $18/hour

Overview of Responsibilities
American Axle & Manufacturing is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Manufacturing Production Specialist at our facility.

A. We offer a competitive Sign-On Bonus for new hires, rewarding your commitment after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Production Specialist, your duties will encompass various tasks related to the machining and assembly of automotive axle components and final products. This role may involve repetitive physical activities in a manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience and technical exposure within the automotive sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to work any shift as needed.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
  • Flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
  • Strong motivation and interest in the manufacturing field.
  • Demonstrated history of safe work practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing conditions.
