Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Operate production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications, ensuring compliance with established tolerances and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Measure finished parts with precision tools, inspecting for conformance to functional, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Logistics and Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of units produced, including errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces, and perform routine adjustments and maintenance on equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with team leaders, shift supervisors, and plant managers to address roadblocks and quality issues.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Ability to follow directions, work well in a team, interpret engineering designs, and translate documentation.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing, using tools, and performing repetitive actions, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
