Position Overview:
This position is a full-time remote opportunity following a two-week training period conducted onsite. The role involves quarterly in-person meetings at designated BayCare facilities.

  • Location: Remote (post-training)
  • Status: Full-time
  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (4 ten-hour shifts)
  • Days: Monday to Friday / Every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Assistance Specialist will be tasked with:

  • Identifying emergency room patients through bedside evaluations and interviews who may qualify for financial and social support from community organizations.
  • Serving as a liaison between patients and community resources.
  • Accurately documenting all interactions and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications: None required
