Key Responsibilities:As a representative of our company in the field, you will be responsible for conducting pre-sale assessments, installing equipment, performing repairs or replacements, and providing training to customers, all in accordance with our established protocols and timelines.
- Execute equipment installations, repairs, and inspections as instructed.
- Conduct site evaluations to assess the suitability of our products for various facilities.
- Navigate to different locations using maps and follow instructions to locate devices.
- Utilize small hand tools effectively.
- Deliver training to facility staff on the operation and upkeep of installed equipment.
- Maintain communication with your supervisor and submit regular production reports.
- Employ product documentation and manuals to ensure accurate installation and configuration of equipment.
- Adhere to processes and procedures while working independently or collaboratively.
- Interpret and understand project scopes to ensure comprehensive completion of tasks.
Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend or holiday shifts as required.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to climb and stand on ladders for extended periods.
- Capability to work overhead with tools for prolonged durations.
- Must be able to lift weights up to 50 lbs, with occasional requirements of up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to remain on your feet for extended periods while moving throughout facilities.
Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in basic electronics repair or installation.
- Experience in wiring, cabling, and/or security system installation and service is essential.
- A valid driver's license with no restrictions is required.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets; intermediate Windows experience is a plus.
- Experience with RF technology is advantageous.
- An Associate Degree in Electronics or a related field, or equivalent training, is preferred.
- Ability to obtain necessary licensing for the assigned region.
- Experience in PC networking and system integration is beneficial.
- Prior experience in field service and customer training is highly regarded.
This role involves providing on-site services at various healthcare facilities. Note: As part of the employment process, candidates may need to comply with vendor credentialing requirements, which include:
- Verification of vaccination records for MMR, Tdap, Varicella, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B.
- Annual TB screening and confirmation of flu vaccination status.
- Background checks and/or drug screenings conducted by third-party vendors.
